The 3.4 GHz BAW RF Filter Based on Single Crystal AlN Resonator for 5G Application [PDF]
To meet the stringent requirements of 5G communication, we proposed a high-performance bulk acoustic wave (BAW) filter based on single crystal AlN piezoelectric films on a SiC substrate.

Parametric model of the BAW resonator phase-noise [PDF]
Excepted for the very short terms the frequency stability of ultra-stable oscillators is mainly limited by the resonator noise. In this work we proposed a parametric model of the bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonator phase noise based on an equivalent circuit.

Periodically poled aluminum scandium nitride bulk acoustic wave resonators and filters for communications in the 6G era [PDF]
Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) filters find applications in radio frequency (RF) communication systems for Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. In the beyond-5G (potential 6G) era, high-frequency bands (>8 GHz) are expected to require resonators with high-quality ...

High Quality Factor Hybrid SAW/BAW Resonators
We report hybrid SAW/BAW resonators based on arrays of AlN/Mo transducers located atop a silicon substrate. Thanks to an optimized fabrication process, these devices exhibit quality factors up to 3,900 and 1,700 respectively for the pseudo-SAW and pseudo-BAW modes, at frequencies close to 600 MHz and 2.9 GHz.
