TRANSACTIONS OF THE JAPAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS Series C, 1985 本論文は傾いたジャーナルを有する部分ジャーナル軸受の動特性計算法について明らかにした.本計算法においては,ミスアライメントの大きさと方向を表す三つのパラメータ,すなわち偏心率,軸心投影長さ,軸心姿勢角を用いて油膜厚さを表現している.ミスアライメント軸受に対する32個の特性値を明らかにした結果,ミスアライメントがこれらの特性値に与える影響は非常に大きいことが明らかになった.

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.
