Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Analysis of Bearing Current in Doubly-fed Induction Generator for Wind Power
As the rotor of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) for wind power is supplied by PWM voltage source inverter, bearing damage caused by bearing current is very common.Through analyzing the generation mechanism of common mode voltage, it presented a ...

Application of fourier transform for early detection of bearing failures in electric motors
This study presents an analysis of bearing fault conditions in electric motors through stator current measurements and their transformation into the frequency domain. Measurements were conducted under two main bearing conditions: normal and damaged, each

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Processing and fluid flow characteristics of hot isostatically pressed porous alumina for aerostatic bearing applications [PDF]
Despite their well known superior load and stiffness characteristics, the wide-spread use of porous aerostatic bearings in preference to other bearing types has been hampered by difficulties in controlling the permeability of the porous material during

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Bearing Damage Detection of BLDC Motors Based on Current Envelope Analysis
This paper proposes current envelope analysis (CEA) to analyze bearing fault signals in brushless direct current (BLDC) motors, and back propagation neural networks (BPNN) to automatically identify bearing faults.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...
