European Journal of Lipid Science and Technology, Volume 128, Issue 8, August 2026.Vanilla essential oil‐containing oleogels reduced oil leakage while forming a weak gel‐like structure that partially stabilized liquid oils. Hydrogel composition, oleogel concentration, and hydrogel‐to‐oleogel ratio influenced bead microstructure, mechanical properties, and swelling characteristics.
