Peanut seeds are harvested at different development stages (early and late) due to their uneven maturation. At the time of harvest, approximately 30% of the seeds are still immature, meaning they are not completely filled with compounds (e.g., oil and ...

Online Coupling of 80 MHz Benchtop 2D‐COSY NMR to HPLC
HPLC is coupled online for the first time to 2D-NMR on a benchtop NMR spectrometer. The potential is demonstrated at 80 MHz with COSY (1H-1H COrrelation SpectroscopY) for a mixture of methyl and propyl parabens, additives commonly used in cosmetics.

Development of a fully automated workstation for conducting routine SABRE hyperpolarization
SABRE is emerging as a fast, simple and low-cost hyperpolarization method because of its ability to regenerate enhanced NMR signals. Generally, SABRE hyperpolarization has been performed predominantly manually, leading to variations in reproducibility ...

Deconvolution in High-Field- and Benchtop-NMR applications
Numerical "sum integration" is the typical way to extract signal area from NMR spectra for quantitative evaluation, however, in complex situations of peak overlaps or crowded spectra this can be impractical. Deconvolution methods based on linefitting and
