Joint Passive Detection and Tracking of Underwater Acoustic Target by Beamforming-Based Bernoulli Filter with Multiple Arrays [PDF]

open access: yesSensors, 2018
In this paper, improved Bernoulli filtering methods are developed to deal with the problem of joint passive detection and tracking of an underwater acoustic target with multiple arrays.

The Pairwise-Markov Bernoulli Filter [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
The Bernoulli filter is a general, Bayes-optimal solution for tracking a single disappearing and reappearing target, using a sensor whose observations are corrupted by missed detections and a general, known clutter process.

Bernoulli Filters for Multiple Correlated Sensors [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
The Bernoulli filter is a general, Bayes-optimal solution for tracking a single disappearing and reappearing target, using a single sensor whose observations are corrupted by missed detections and a general, known clutter process.

A Multisensor Multi-Bernoulli Filter [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 2017
In this paper we derive a multi-sensor multi-Bernoulli (MS-MeMBer) filter for multi-target tracking. Measurements from multiple sensors are employed by the proposed filter to update a set of tracks modeled as a multi-Bernoulli random finite set. An exact implementation of the MS-MeMBer update procedure is computationally intractable.

Robust Measurement-Driven Cardinality Balance Multi-Target Multi-Bernoulli Filter [PDF]

open access: yesSensors, 2021
The multi-target tracking filter under the Bayesian framework has strict requirements on the prior information of the target, such as detection probability density, clutter density, and target initial position information.

Joint Detection and DOA Tracking with a Bernoulli Filter Based on Information Theoretic Criteria [PDF]

open access: yesSensors, 2018
In this paper, we study the problem of the joint detection and direction-of-arrival (DOA) tracking of a single moving source which can randomly appear or disappear from the surveillance volume.

A Multisource Multi-Bernoulli Filter for Multistatic Radar

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
Compared with conventional monostatic or bistatic radar, multistatic radar has wider coverage, better performance of localization and higher tracking accuracy.

Robust Poisson Multi-Bernoulli Filter With Unknown Clutter Rate

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In Bayesian multi-target tracking (MTT), knowledge of clutter intensity is required for effective multi-target state estimation. In this paper, we propose an online multi-target filter that can operate under background with unknown clutter intensity. Our

Dim Range-Spread Target Detection for Stepped-Frequency Radar Using a Bernoulli Extended Target Filter [PDF]

open access: yesSensors
Stepped-frequency radar is an important high range resolution radar. It can achieve wide overall bandwidth with narrow instant bandwidth. When the signal-to-noise ratio is low, detection and tracking become challenging due to dense false alarms and the ...
