Coincidence Best Proximity Points of Proximal Berinde G‐Contractions
Recently, a concept of proximal Berinde contractions was introduced and applied to prove the existence of coincidence best proximity points in metric spaces. In this article, we established a new approach to show that these results can be obtained from a fixed point theorem for multivalued (β, L)‐weak contractions.

Association of Corticospinal Tract Asymmetry With Ambulatory Ability After Intracerebral Hemorrhage
ABSTRACT Background Ambulatory ability after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is important to patients. We tested whether asymmetry between ipsi‐ and contra‐lesional corticospinal tracts (CSTs) assessed by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is associated with post‐ICH ambulation.

Coupled Best Proximity Point Theorem in Metric Spaces
The purpose of this article is to generalized the result of W. Sintunavarat and P. Kumam [29]. We also give an example in support of our theorem for which result of W. Sintunavarat and P. Kumam [29] is not true.

Whole‐Body Pattern of Muscle Degeneration and Progression in Sarcoglycanopathies
ABSTRACT Objective To characterize whole‐body intramuscular fat distribution pattern in patients with sarcoglycanopathies and explore correlations with disease severity, duration and age at onset. Methods Retrospective, cross‐sectional, multicentric study enrolling patients with variants in one of the four sarcoglycan genes who underwent whole‐body ...

Meningovascular Inflammation in Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy‐Related Cortical Superficial Siderosis
ABSTRACT The role of inflammation in cortical superficial siderosis (cSS), a marker of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) linked to high hemorrhage risk, is unclear. We examined 15 patients with cSS using 3 T post‐contrast vessel wall MRI (VWI) and CSF analysis.

Best proximity points in ultrametric spaces
In the present paper, we study the existence of best proximity pair in ultrametric spaces. We show, under suitable assumptions, that the proximinal pair $(A,B)$ has a best proximity pair. As a consequence we generalize a well known best approximation result and we derive some fixed point theorems.

A 73‐Year‐Old Man With Several Years of Difficulty Climbing Stairs and Frequent Tripping
ABSTRACT A 73‐year‐old man presented with progressive weakness and atrophy predominantly affecting the distal finger flexors and quadriceps muscles. Electrophysiological studies demonstrated mixed myogenic and neurogenic features. Muscle MRI showed inflammatory changes, and muscle biopsy revealed granulomatous myositis with histologic features ...

Best proximity point theorems for generalized α-β-proximal quasi-contractive mappings
Herein, we search for some best proximity point results for a novel class of non-self-mappings T : A ⟶ B $T:A \longrightarrow B$ called generalized proximal α-β-quasi-contractive. We illustrate our work by an example.

Metric fixed point theory on hyperconvex spaces: recent progress [PDF]
In this survey we present an exposition of the development during the last decade of metric fixed point theory on hyperconvex metric spaces. Therefore we mainly cover results where the conditions on the mappings are metric.
