An advanced microneedle patch integrating niobium carbide nanosheets and curcumin is engineered for diabetic wound healing. The system enables dual ROS scavenging and NIR‐enhanced antimicrobial activity, effectively rebalancing the oxidative microenvironment, promoting macrophage repolarization and angiogenesis, and accelerating full‐thickness wound ...

Scientific opinion on the safety and efficacy of AGal-Pro (alpha-galactosidase and endo-1,4-beta-glucanase) as a feed additive for chickens reared for laying and minor poultry species for fattening [PDF]
The additive AGal-Pro, also named as Biogalactosidase BL and AlphaGal BL, is a preparation of alpha-galactosidase (galactosidase) produced by a genetically modified strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and of endo-1,4-beta-glucanase (glucanase) produced by

In this study, we find CD55+ neutrophils show activated NETosis within bone marrow, induce BMSC senescence and osteogenesis inhibition, finally leading to bone aging initiation. Mechanistically, ROS synergizes with the CD55‐driven HIF1α‐PADI4 pathway to promote NETosis.

Mettl3‐Mediated m6A Modification Represents a Novel Therapeutic Target for FSGS
This study explores the roles of Mettl3‐induced N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modifications in Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). The findings reveal that inhibition of Mettl3 results in podocyte injury by modulating the TJP1CDC42 pathway. Moreover, Administration of N6‐methyladenosine attenuates the FSGS phenotype in WT mice induced by Adriamycin ...

Pre‐Encoded IFN‐I Sensitivity Exacerbates Memory T Cell Senescence in Solid Tumors
Type I interferon (IFN‐I) signaling promotes p21‐dependent cell cycle arrest in senescent tumor‐specific memory T cells, resulting in poor proliferative responses and solid tumor regression during cancer vaccination. Conversely, IFNα/β receptor blockade reinvigorates T cell proliferation to regress solid tumors and is more effective with increasing ...
