Primary Cutaneous B‐Cell Lymphomas: An Updated Portrait of Classification, Biology, and Clinical Management

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Haematology, Volume 116, Issue 2, Page 116-128, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Primary cutaneous B‐cell lymphomas (CBCL) represent a clinically and biologically heterogeneous group of extranodal non‐Hodgkin lymphomas confined to the skin at the time of diagnosis. They account for approximately 25% of all primary cutaneous lymphomas and are subclassified into distinct entities according to the World Health Organization ...

Allogeneic haematopoietic cell transplant in cutaneous T‐cell lymphomas: Recommendations from the EBMT PH&G Committee

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Volume 40, Issue 2, Page 174-184, February 2026.
This EBMT Practice Harmonisation and Guidelines Committee consensus provides practical recommendations for the selection, timing and conduct of allogeneic transplantation in advanced‐stage mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, aiming to optimize outcomes through early multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence‐based decision‐making.

Retinoic Acid Reprograms Mast Cells Toward a Proinflammatory State to Enhance Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 6, 30 January 2026.
Proinflammatory mast cells represent an MHC‐IIhigh, cytokine‐producing mast cell subset associated with improved survival and enhanced responses to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Retinoic acid drives their polarization, enabling antigen uptake and presentation, and T cell recruitment and activation, collectively promoting adaptive anti‐tumor immunity.

Solving the Problem of New Uses [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
One of the most dramatic public-policy failures in biomedical research is the lack of incentives for industry to develop new therapeutic uses (“indications”) for existing drugs once generics are available.

CD30 as a Target Molecule in the Diagnosis and Therapy of Lymphomas

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, Volume 101, Issue 1, Page 110-128, January 2026.
ABSTRACT The tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐receptor superfamily 8 receptor CD30 molecule is expressed in all tumor cells of Hodgkin lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma but is only weakly expressed in a small subset of large lymphoid cells in normal peripheral lymphoid tissues.

New clinical developments in histone deacetylase inhibitors for epigenetic therapy of cancer [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
DNA methylation and histone acetylation are two well known epigenetic chromatin modifications. Epigenetic agents leading to DNA hypomethylation and histone hyperacetylation have been approved for treatment of hematological disorders.

Delayed Diagnosis of Sézary Syndrome: Lessons From a Psoriasiform Presentation

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Pruritic erythroderma is not always psoriasis. Resistant cases require a broad evaluation for cutaneous lymphoma. Early, timely diagnosis prevents disease progression, improves outcomes, and enhances quality of life, highlighting the need for re‐evaluation when conventional treatments fail.

Preclinical PET Neuroimaging of [C]Bexarotene

open access: yesMolecular Imaging, 2016
Activation of retinoid X receptors (RXRs) has been proposed as a therapeutic mechanism for the treatment of neurodegeneration, including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. We previously reported radiolabeling of a Food and Drug Administration-approved
