A natural product-like JAK2/STAT3 inhibitor induces apoptosis of malignant melanoma cells [PDF]
The JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway plays a critical role in tumorigenesis, and has been suggested as a potential molecular target for anti-melanoma therapeutics. However, few JAK2 inhibitors were being tested for melanoma therapy.

Torreya grandis seed polyphenols (TGSP), primarily containing gallic acid and epicatechin, exhibit selective free radical scavenging activity. TGSP pretreatment effectively inhibits LPS‐induced inflammatory responses by reducing TNF‐α, NO, and IL‐6 production. TGSP also alleviates H2O2‐induced oxidative stress by enhancing antioxidant enzyme activities

Advances in Nano‐Immunomodulatory Systems for the Treatment of Acute Kidney Injury
Based on the biodegradability and the immunological reactiveness, IMNs can be broadly classified into four categories. The first category includes types of biologically derived materials that cause immunomodulatory action and biodegradability like nanoparticles of cell membranes, extracellular vesicles, and exosomes.
