Automated biological assay of cholecystokinin
Medical & Biological Engineering, 1976This paper describes a modification of the superfusion technique for the bioassay of cholecystokinin in human serum. This allows samples to be applied automatically, thus greatly increasing the number of samples, the ease of performance of the assay and its clinical significance.
