Nanomicelles: Types, properties and applications in drug delivery
Nanomicelles are self‐assembling nanosized (usually with particle size within a range of 10 to 100 nm) colloidal dispersions with a hydrophobic core and hydrophilic shell.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Metabolomic profiling of ZrO2 nanoparticles in MC3T3‐E1 cells
The authors' previous study showed that zirconium oxide nanoparticles (ZrO2 NPs) induce toxic effects in MC3T3‐E1 cells; however, its toxicological mechanism is still unclear.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

In vitro corrosion behaviour of phenolic coated nickel–titanium surfaces
The biocompatibility of implantable nickel–titanium biomaterials relies on the quality of their surfaces. In this study, nickel–titanium surfaces are coated with phenolic thin films of tannic acid and pyrogallol with the purpose of studying their ...

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.
