Seed‐mediated growth yields plasmonic core‐shell nanocomposites by encapsulating gold nanoparticles within NU‐1000 nanoMOFs, preserving morphology and optical response. The materials exhibit tunable photoluminescence quenching, efficient photothermal heating, and SERS activity.

Chd4 and ThPOK cooperate to preserve structural and electrophysiological integrity of the adult heart through Sprr1a repression

Chd4/NuRD and ThPOK cooperate to maintain transcriptional repression and nuclear organization in adult cardiomyocytes. Chd4 loss reduces miR‐150‐5p, relieving repression of Sprr1a, while ThPOK loss further enhances Sprr1a activation, possibly through altered chromatin–lamina interactions.

Summary The transcriptomic analysis (RNA‐seq) of a fur mutant of P. pseudoalcaligenes CECT 5344 has revealed that Fur regulates the expression of more than 100 genes in this bacterial strain, most of them negatively.
