Anti-Tumor Activity and Immunotherapeutic Potential of a Bisphosphonate Prodrug
Bisphosphonates have benefits in breast cancer and multiple myeloma patients and have been used with adoptive immunotherapy with γδ T cells expressing Vγ2 Vδ2 TCRs. Although treatment with γδ T cells is safe, it has shown limited efficacy.

Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone tumor with limited treatment options and a terrible prognosis. This review provides a comprehensive summary of the recent development of osteoimmunomodulatory implants for post‐operative osteosarcoma treatment, of which the potential utility in evoking durable anti‐osteosarcoma immunity and accelerating bone

Monitoring Receptor Clustering by Aggregation‐Induced Emission
Receptor clustering induced by molecular recognition: AIE‐functionalized bisphosphonate receptors are embedded in a lipid bilayer. Upon addition of a cationic messenger, they undergo dimerization and send out a fluorescence signal. This study introduces a simple signal transduction system that mimics the receptor tyrosine kinase mechanism by employing ...
