This study investigates the effect of aqueous leaf extract of Vernonia amygdalina Del. (bitter leaf) on the lipid profile of Wistar rats. The rats were divided into 3 groups. Control group were given no leaf extract, low dose group were given 0.5ml of leaf extract and high dose group given 1ml of the extract.
