Thermal shifts reshape bacterial responses to transcription‐targeting antibiotics. In E. coli, temperature can dominate antibiotic‐induced genome‐wide expression, particularly outside 30°C–39°C, through changes in adenosine triphosphate (ATP), nucleoid organization, and drug‐target engagement.
