A SHARED ANTIGENIC DETERMINANT BETWEEN HUMAN B LYMPHOCYTES AND CARCINOMAS (BLCa)
International Journal of Cancer, 1985We have raised a murine 1gM monoclonal antibody (MA6) against immunoprecipitate obtained by reacting the serum of an NPC patient with extract of the Burkitt lymphoma cell line, Raji. It reacts against an antigen (BLCa) which is broadly represented on human B lymphoid tissues and cell lines but is different from the functional B‐cell markers such as ...

An Enhanced-BLCA for Assessing Performance of Company's Growth
2019 7th International Conference on Cyber and IT Service Management (CITSM), 2019This paper purposes an improved algorithm of the butterfly lifecycle for calculating the performance of the company's growth. Three types of change for the better are regarding mathematical model, conception in calculating the growth performance parameters, and also data operated practically for testing the proposed algorithm.

Urinary BLCA-4 level is useful to detect upper urinary tract urothelial cell carcinoma
Actas Urológicas Españolas (English Edition), 2012Upper urinary tract urothelial cell carcinomas (UUT-UCCs) are rare but usually invasive at diagnosis. Early diagnosis of UUT-UCCs is thus warranted. UUT has the same embryological origin with bladder and BLCA-4 is a highly sensitive and specific marker for bladder cancer.

Abstract Background Bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA) is the most common malignancy of the urinary tract, presenting with a wide range of clinical symptoms and prognosis. Disulfidptosis is a newly identified cell death method and closely associated with BLCA progression, prognosis, and ...

Microvascular Research
Bladder cancer (BLCA) is a common type of urogenital malignancy worldwide. The recurrence and metastasis of bladder cancer are closely related to angiogenesis, but the underlying mechanisms are unclear. In this study, we developed a method to predict survival outcomes among BLCA patients, which could be used to guide immunotherapy and chemotherapy.

BLCA-4 and UBC combined detection for early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
Journal of biological regulators and homeostatic agents, 2016The objective of the present study was to report the clinical significance of bladder cancer specific nuclear matrix protein 4 (BLCA-4) and urinary bladder cancer (UBC) on early diagnosis of bladder cancers. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect BLCA-4 and UBC of 56 bladder cancer patients and 26 patients with urinary tract ...

Detection of bladder cancer using a novel nuclear matrix protein, BLCA-4.
Clinical cancer research : an official journal of the American Association for Cancer Research, 2000We have identified previously six nuclear matrix proteins (NMPs) that are bladder cancer specific. In this study, we analyzed the expression of one of these proteins, BLCA-4, in bladder tumors and normal bladder tissue. We also examined the appearance of BLCA-4 in the urine as a biomarker for bladder cancer.
