The Complete Genome Sequence of <i>Portunus pelagicus</i> (Portunidae, Decapoda), the Blue Swimming Crab. [PDF]
Biodivers Genomes, 2023 Portunus pelagicus is a large crab found in the Indo-Pacific. We present the whole genome sequence of this species. Illumina paired-end reads were assembled by a de novo method followed by a finishing step. The raw and assembled data are publicly available via GenBank: Sequence Read Archive (SRR25655135) and assembled genome (JAWWMC000000000).
