ACLY is vital for early embryo development. IGF‐1 activates AKT to phosphorylate ACLY, driving its nuclear localization and recruitment of HATs (P300/HAT1), boosting acetyl‐CoA production and histone acetylation for transcriptional activation. Conversely, ACLY deficiency (via knockdown, knockout, or AKT inhibition) reduces nuclear acetyl‐CoA, disrupts ...

Numerical computation of viscous flow around bodies and wings moving at supersonic speeds [PDF]
Research in aerodynamics is discussed. The development of equilibrium air curve fits; computation of hypersonic rarefield leading edge flows; computation of 2-D and 3-D blunt body laminar flows with an impinging shock; development of a two-dimensional or

A 5-year-old child sustained blunt trauma to the cervical trachea. Diffuse subcutaneous emphysema of the neck and thorax developed rapidly. Anaesthesia was induced with halothane through a face-piece and the patient breathed spontaneously until the lesion has been evaluated. This course is advocated in the management of such injuries.

The study reveals that glutaminolysis in macrophages is inhibited under type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) conditions, which impedes fracture healing by reducing bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) production through increased cytosine methylation on the promoter.

Intratracheal neomycin alters pulmonary microbiota, activating the vagus nerve via lung brain‐derived neurotrophic factor/tropomyosin receptor kinase B (BDNF/TrkB) pathway, further projecting to nucleus of solitary tract (NTS), then dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN), where activated serotoninergic neurons increase brain serotonin, alleviating migraine.
