Intramedullary Nailing for Paediatric Diaphyseal Forearm Bone Fracture
Background Though most of the pediatric diaphyseal forearm bone fracture can be treated with closed reduction and cast application, indications for operative intervention in pediatric both-bone forearm fractures include open fractures, irreducible fractures, and unstable fractures.

On the Origins of Toughness in Corymbia calophylla (Marri Tree) Nuts
We uncover the natural toughening mechanisms of the marri nut, including fiber pullout, crack deflection, and a viscoelastic matrix, which enable exceptional energy absorption and ductility comparable to Teflon, with an elastic modulus similar to acrylic.

Targeting Lactate and Lactylation in Cancer Metabolism and Immunotherapy
Lactate, once deemed a metabolic waste, emerges as a central regulator of cancer progression. This review elucidates how lactate and its epigenetic derivative, protein lactylation, orchestrate tumor metabolism, immune suppression, and therapeutic resistance.

This study established an RT‐MSCs‐based therapeutic approach for scleroderma in mice. RT‐MSCs attenuated fibrosis by regulating mitochondrial autophagy and restored gut microbiota homeostasis. Metabolomic analyses confirmed recovery of key metabolites, and RT‐MSCs demonstrated favorable lesion targeting and safety profiles.
