Observability of Boolean control networks
Science China Information Sciences, 2017We show some new results on the observability of Boolean control networks (BCNs). First, to study the observability, we combine two BCNs with the same transition matrix into a new BCN. Then, we propose the concept of a reachable set that results in a given set of initial states, and we derive four additional necessary and sufficient conditions for the ...

Output Tracking Control of Probabilistic Boolean Control Networks
2019 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man and Cybernetics (SMC), 2019Probabilistic Boolean control network (PBCN) is a discrete-time dynamical system comprised of a collection of Boolean control networks (BCNs) and switching among them in a stochastic manner. In this paper, the output tracking control of PBCNs is investigated via state feedback and output feedback control.

Stabilization of Boolean control networks
Proceedings of the 48h IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (CDC) held jointly with 2009 28th Chinese Control Conference, 2009The stability of Boolean networks and the stabilization of Boolean control networks are investigated. Using semi-tensor product of matrices and the matrix expression of logic, the dynamics of a Boolean (control) network can be converted to a discrete time linear (bilinear) dynamics, called the algebraic form of the Boolean (control) network.

In this work, we study the pinning control design for stabilization of Boolean netowrks (BNs) from constructed Boolean control networks (BCNs). Based on the algebraic model of BNs, for a given matrix set, not only feasible pinning controllers can be obtained but also the solution for the pinning controllers is unique.

Input‐Output Decoupling of Boolean Control Networks
Asian Journal of Control, 2018AbstractThis paper is devoted to the input‐output decoupling problem of Boolean control networks (BCNs). First, a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of comparable output subspaces is obtained as well as an algorithm to construct the comparable output subspaces.
