Synthesis of Borane Complexes: From Small Borane Molecules to Polyhedral Boranes
Borane is a class of boron compounds, including active small borane molecules and relative stable polyhedral borane compounds, and has widely applied in energy storage, material science, and pharmaceutical medicine, especially as promising boron carriers

Catalytic asymmetric constructions of nitrogen, boron and carbon continuous stereogenic centers [PDF]
Precise construction of molecular chirality is a longstanding scientific challenge in synthetic chemistry. Although methods to enantioselectively assemble consecutive carbon stereocenters are abundant, courses to establish enriched continuous ...

Thermodynamic Hydricity of Small Borane Clusters and Polyhedral closo-Boranes [PDF]
Thermodynamic hydricity (HDAMeCN) determined as Gibbs free energy (ΔG°[H]−) of the H− detachment reaction in acetonitrile (MeCN) was assessed for 144 small borane clusters (up to 5 boron atoms), polyhedral closo-boranes dianions [BnHn]2−, and their ...

Interaction of Laguerre–Gaussian laser pulses with borane targets of different hydrogen–boron ratio [PDF]
We study the interaction of high-intensity Laguerre-Gaussian laser pulses with hydrogen–boron compounds targets using 3D particle-in-cell simulations.

A Short Chronological Review on the Syntheses of Amine-Boranes [PDF]
Since their discovery by Burg and Schlesinger in 1937, amine-boranes have enjoyed a rich preparative history and have experienced reinvigorated interest as valuable compounds.

Isolable Diaminophosphide Boranes [PDF]
AbstractMetalation of secondary diaminophosphine boranes by alkali metal amides provides a robust and selective access route to a range of metal diaminophosphide boranes M[(R2N)2P(BH3)] (M=Li, Na, K; R=alkyl, aryl) with acyclic or heterocyclic molecular backbones, whereas reduction of a chlorodiaminophosphine borane gave less satisfactory results.

Nucleophilic Substitution Reactions in the [B3H8]− Anion in the Presence of Lewis Acids
As a result of our study on the interaction between the octahydrotriborate anion with nucleophiles (Nu = THF, Ph3P, Ph2P-(CH2)2-PPh2 (dppe), Ph3As, Et3N, PhNH2, C5H5N, CH3CN, Ph2CHCN)) in the presence of a wide range of Lewis acids (Ti(IV), Hf(IV), Zr(IV)

Hexafluoroisopropylboranes and -Borates
Novel hexafluoroisopropylboranes (CF3)(CF2H)CFBH2·L and -borate anions [(CF3)(CF2H)CFBH2X]− with Lewis basic heterocyclic ligands L and the anionic substituents X = F− and CN− were obtained.
