The aim of this work is to present a case of advanced ovarian borderline tumor (FIGO III)that survived 11 years. Case report: A sixty-four year old diabetic postmenopausal woman underwent an operation because of a large ovarian tumor. Ca 125=340/U/ml and a radical operation was done.
