Preliminary evaluation of the expansion system size for a pressurized gas loop: Application to a fusion reactor based on a helium-cooled blanket [PDF]
Some considerations to preliminarily design the size of the Expansion Volume (EV) and the relief pipes for a Vacuum Vessel Pressure Suppression System, to be adopted in a fusion reactor based on a helium cooled blanket, are presented.

Potato virus X is a filamentous RNA plant virus that can be engineered into a molecular tool for cancer therapy. We produced genetically‐encoded virus‐derived nanoparticles decorated with nanobodies targeting cancer cell receptors, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2).

A nano‐interception strategy disrupts pathogenic fibroblast–macrophage crosstalk in chronic heart failure. Scalable Prussian blue nanoparticles selectively sequester CCL2 via ultrahigh‐affinity binding, preventing CCR2+ macrophage recruitment and breaking a key fibro‐inflammatory circuit. This approach demonstrates robust efficacy in murine and porcine

Development of self-cooled liquid metal breeder blankets
The development of liquid metal breeder blankets for fusion reactors has been performed in the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe as a part of the European fusion blanket development program with the aim to select the two most promising concepts in 1995 for further development. In this report are described the designs of self-cooled blankets together with the
