Metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) merupakan teknik yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi potensi toksisitas awal suatu senyawa berdasarkan kemampuan mematikan larva Artemia salina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi efek sitotoksik dari ekstrak daun pisang ambon (Musa paradisiaca) melalui uji BSLT.
