Este trabalho teve como objetivo propor uma metodologia para mapear a variabilidade espacial do brix na cultura da cana-de-açúcar. Os dados foram coletados na Usina Paineiras S.A., localizada em Itapemirim, ES. As leituras de brix foram obtidas em uma área de 1 ha. As análises geoestatísticas foram feitas no programa computacional Arcgis 9.2®.
