Poly(γ‐benzyl‐L‐glutamate) nanofibrous membranes with thicknesses of 1.6–6.1 µm were fabricated by electrospinning. Structural parameters, including the fiber orientation, pore size, and porosity, were analyzed. Increasing thickness led to denser packing, reduced porosity, and smaller pores.

Quinoa protein hydrolysate (QpH) serves as both a nitrogen source and a functional ingredient for L. plantarum.
