Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.The optimized tea blend exhibited high antioxidant activity and contained significant amounts of flavonoids, tannins, polyphenols, and vitamin C. In diabetic rats, the tea formulation significantly improved glycemic control, reduced lipid profiles, and enhanced liver and kidney function.
