Robotic‐Assisted CT‐Guided Synchronous Percutaneous Lung Biopsy and Cryoablation for Pulmonary Sub‐Solid Nodule: A Case Report

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 4, April 2026.
This case report demonstrates the successful application of a novel robotic‐assisted system for percutaneous lung biopsy and cryoablation of a pulmonary sub‐solid nodule. The technology enabled precise 3D trajectory planning and accurate needle placement, resulting in complete ablation with no recurrence at 7‐month follow‐up.
