Summary BRUIN CLL‐321 is the first prospective, randomized study conducted in covalent BTK inhibitor (cBTKi) pretreated chronic lymphocytic leukaemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) patients. In this heavily pretreated population, pirtobrutinib significantly improved progression‐free survival (PFS) compared to investigator's choice (IC) of ...

Ismétlés és innováció drámai művekben
Tanulmányunkban egy olyan módszert ismertetünk, amellyel drámai szereplők megszólalásainak hírértéke mérhető össze kvantitatív módon. Innovatívnak tekinthető minden olyan szereplő, aki gyakran dolgoz ki a korábbiaktól eltérő jelentést; fenntartó vagy ...

Probing multiband superconductivity by point-contact spectroscopy
Point-contact spectroscopy was originally developed for the determination of the electron-phonon spectral function in normal metals. However, in the past 20 years it has become an important tool in the investigation of superconductors.

Background and Purpose Bruton tyrosine kinase (Btk) is essential for B cell function. Its role in myeloid cells is less understood. Greater insights into Btk significance in myeloid cells are needed to evaluate its potential as a therapeutic target during the effector phase of antibody‐induced autoimmune diseases, where inhibiting autoantibody ...

ABSTRACT Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) remains the most common aggressive lymphoma, representing a biologically heterogeneous disease with diverse clinical behaviors. For more than two decades, R‐CHOP has been the cornerstone of frontline treatment, curing approximately two‐thirds of patients.

Distinct Roles for Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase in B Cell Immune Synapse Formation
Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) has a key role in the signaling pathways of receptors essential for the B lymphocyte response. Given its implication in B cell-related immunodeficiencies, leukemias/lymphomas and autoimmunity, Btk is studied intensely and ...

Experimental evaluation of preprocessing algorithms for constraint satisfaction problems [PDF]
This paper presents an experimental evaluation of two orthogonal schemes for preprocessing constraint satisfaction problems (CSPs). The first of these schemes involves a class of local consistency techniques that includes directional arc consistency ...

Therapeutic advances in pruritus as a model of personalized medicine
Recent advances in itch biology reveal that chronic pruritus arises from distinct neuroimmune pathways driven by cytokines, JAK, BTK and GPCRs. Targeted biologics and small molecule inhibitors such as dupilumab, nemolizumab, remibrutinib and JAK inhibitors precisely modulate these pathways, leading to a new era of personalized therapeutics in pruritus.
