The Journal of Finance, 1966THIS STUDY FINDS that a weighted full employment budget surplus is the best measure of the aggregate demand impact of U.S. fiscal policy. By tracing the behavior of this weighted surplus for the years 1952-64, the study attempts to appraise the contribution of fiscal policy to the maintenance of GNP at full employment levels.

PharmacoEconomics, 2009 This article reviews budget-impact analyses (BIAs) published to date in peer-reviewed bio-medical journals with reference to current best practice, and discusses where future research needs to be directed. Published BIAs were identified by conducting a computerized search on PubMed using the search term 'budget impact analysis'.
