In the Line of Fire: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Job Burnout Among Nurses [PDF]
Using a systematic review and meta-analysis, this study investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on job burnout among nurses. We review healthcare articles following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and identify the main aspects and factors of burnout among nurses during the pandemic.
