Albumin‐Bound STING Agonist Reprograms HSPCs to Antitumor Neutrophils Enhancing CD8+ T Cell Immunity
This study demonstrates that an albumin‐bound STING agonist (Nano ZSA‐51D) reprograms HSPCs to produce antitumor neutrophils with enhanced MHC I–mediated CD8+ T cell activation, thereby sensitizing tumors to α‐PD1 therapy. These findings highlight a strategy to target early hematopoiesis for shaping neutrophil fate and potentiating cancer immunotherapy.

Sensing Tissue Damage by Myeloid C-Type Lectin Receptors
After both sterile and infectious insults, damage is inflicted on tissues leading to accidental or programmed cell death. In addition, events of programmed cell death also take place under homeostatic conditions, such as in embryo development or in the turnover of hematopoietic cells. Mammalian tissues are seeded with myeloid immune cells, which harbor

ABSTRACT Despite the transformative impact of cancer immunotherapies such as immune checkpoint blockade, durable clinical responses remain limited. Increasing evidence indicates that antitumor immunity is governed not only by the tumor microenvironment, but also by systemic immune regulation mediated by peripheral immune organs. Among these, the spleen

Post‐Translational Regulation of CD8+ T Cell Fate and Dysfunction in Tumor Immunity
This review delineates how post‐translational modifications (PTMs) function as a central regulatory interface governing CD8+ T cell activation, differentiation, persistence, and exhaustion in antitumor immunity. By integrating antigenic, metabolic, and microenvironmental cues, diverse PTM programs coordinate transcriptional and chromatin states that ...

SELECTIVE GLYCOMIMETIC LIGANDS OF C-TYPE LECTIN RECEPTORS
C-type lectin receptors (CLRs) are calcium-dependent proteins dedicated to sensing glycan motifs, including those expressed on the surface of invading pathogens. Although this recognition event usually leads to induction of an immune response, many pathogens have evolved mechanisms to exploit lectins to promote infection.
