Abstract A new chalcone, citrunobin together with citflavanone and lonchocarpol-A(senegalensein) were isolated from the root bark of Citrus sinensis var. brasiliensis. Citrunobin and citflavanone were also isolated from the corresponding bark of C. nobilis var. sunki.
