Dans le cadre d’une etude generale du mode d’action des antibiotiques ionophores carboxyliques, on etudie, par une methode potentiometrique les equilibres, dans le methanol, de la calcimycine avec les ions alcalins et alcalinoterreux. Pour ces derniers, on montre l’existence de deux types de complexes de stœchiometrie 1 : 1 et 1 : 2.
