Effect of Microwave Treatment on the Extraction Speed and Quality of Camellia Seed Oil
Advanced Materials Research, 2012The effects of microwave treatment on the microstructure, oil yield of camellia seeds, and main physicochemical indexes, fatty acid composition of the oil were researched. The results showed that microwave treatment can improve the speed of extracting oil, and have a certain impact on the fatty acid composition and the quality of camellia seed oil.
