Pupylation‐Based Proximity Labeling Unravels a Comprehensive Protein and Phosphoprotein Interactome of the Arabidopsis TOR Complex

The target of rapamycin (TOR) complex is a central plant growth regulator. Here, the protein–protein interactions underlying its various functions are mapped by pupylation‐based proximity‐labeling in Arabidopsis, using TOR complex subunits LST8‐1 and RAPTOR1, alongside TOR inhibitor FK506‐binding protein, as baits.

Isoquercitrin Alleviates Diabetic Nephropathy by Inhibiting STAT3 Phosphorylation and Dimerization

This study identified a natural compound, isoquercitrin, which significantly alleviated kidney inflammation and fibrosis by inhibiting STAT3 activity. High Sugar Induced RCC2 Lactylation Drives Breast Cancer Tumorigenicity Through Upregulating MAD2L1

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
This study finds that KAT2A mediates the lactylation modification of the non‐histone protein RCC2 at K124, facilitating the recruitment of free SERBP1 and aiding in the formation of the initial SERBP1‐MAD2L1 complex. SERBP1 enhances the stability of MAD2L1 mRNA and promotes cellular proliferation.
