A carrier phase recovery scheme suited for turbo- coded systems in Rayleigh fading channels with AWGN is proposed in this paper. This scheme involves Rayleigh fading channel estimation with pilot symbol assisted modulation (PSAM) and iterative carrier phase estimation with the joint phase recovery and turbo-decoder.
