International Journal of Clinical Practice, 2002 SUMMARYCastleman's disease is a rare benign lymphoid tumour of unknown aetiology, which usually appears as a solitary mediastinal mass. We report an unusual case of Castleman's disease, an asymptomatic submandibular mass in the lower jaw, and we discuss the computed tomography appearance.
