Endothelial TRPV4–Cx43 signalling complex regulates vasomotor tone in resistance arteries
Abstract figure legend In this study, we investigate, for the first time, the role of endothelial Cx43 hemichannels (hCx43) in the regulation of vasomotor tone. We discovered that TRPV4 channels and Cx43 are in proximity within the endothelium of mouse arterioles.
