Integrated Clinical Trial and Molecular Profiling Reveals Immune Drivers of Chronic Hand Eczema
This study performed an unbiased molecular profiling of CHE patients across diverse etiologies to identify shared pathogenic drivers and evaluate the impact of IL‐4Rα blockade via dupilumab over 16 weeks. CHE shows a mixed immune signature involving type 1, 2, and 3 pathways with features of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

Chemokines in Alzheimer's Disease: Early Defence, Late Damage and the Impact of Sex and Infection
ABSTRACT Chemokines constitute a versatile signalling network maintaining homeostasis and glia–neuron communication in the healthy brain but become progressively dysregulated during aging and Alzheimer's disease (AD). This review examines how chemokine systems transition from tightly regulated homeostatic signals to drivers of chronic neuroinflammation

CCL11 rs16969415 and CCR3 rs4987053 gene variants and endometrial cancer risk
Aim: Endometrial cancer is the sixth most frequent malignancy in women worldwide. Chemokines are tiny cytokines that are produced to enable different cell types to migrate in different directions. They are crucial for a number of physiological functions, including immunological responses, wound healing, and the development of cancer. Our study aimed to
