This study reveals that large tumors secrete more chemokine CXCL3, which recruits immunosuppressive neutrophils to the periphery, thereby impairing the activation and memory of systemic tumor‑reactive CD8+ T cells. CXCL3 antagonism restores systemic immune memory and enhances the antitumor efficacy of anti‑PD‑1 therapy, offering a potential strategy to

CD72hi macrophages drive endothelial pyroptosis and accelerate atherosclerosis through CXCL12–CXCR4‐mediated immune–vascular crosstalk. Ilexoside K suppresses this pathogenic communication by modulating CXCR4‐dependent endothelial responses, reducing inflammation and plaque progression. These findings reveal a macrophage–endothelial regulatory axis and

Early detection of infectious-inflammatory and purulent-septic processes in deeply premature newborns is very difficult and extremely urgent in modern neonatology. The aim of our study was to identify the phenotypic characteristics of subpopulations CD64+

The mechanobiological basis of atherosclerotic progression and its contribution to spatial and temporal heterogeneity remain incompletely understood. Spatially resolved AFM measurements revealed that plaque formation and distinct regions (cap fibrosis, intimal fibrosis, and lipid‐rich core) exhibit heterogeneous elastic modulus and viscoelastic ...

This study reports a neutrophil membrane‐encapsulated Pd/hCeO2 nanozyme (PCN) for targeted treatment of perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) in aged mice. PCN inhibits glycolysis‐driven microglial activation and neuroinflammation, improves mitochondrial respiration, and maintains blood‐brain barrier integrity and synaptic function, ultimately ...

Human vellus pilosebaceous units (PSUs) remain uncharted. This single‐nucleus atlas reveals coordinated remodeling of the aging PSU niche: reduced bulge stem cell representation with altered regenerative programs, increased representation of a stress‐responsive channel+ epithelial state, enhanced androgen‐responsive sebaceous programs, reduced ...

We constructed a novel systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis mouse model (LC) by introducing sustained TLR4 activation into the collagen‐induced arthritis model. The LC model effectively recapitulates human sJIA‐like systemic inflammation while revealing a critical dissociation between systemic immune activation and joint damage.

Objective Glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchored proteins play critical roles in nervous system function. Pathogenic variants in genes involved in GPI‐anchor biosynthesis cause early‐onset multisystem disorders known as inherited GPI deficiencies. We describe a novel neuromuscular phenotype associated with PIGB deficiency.

Objective We employed global genetic deletion of CD14 and intra‐articular CD14 blockade across multiple murine osteoarthritis (OA) models that vary in severity of pathology and rate of progression to test the hypothesis that CD14 inhibition attenuates synovial inflammation and associated pain during disease progression.
