CD19-ReTARGTPR: A Novel Fusion Protein for Physiological Engagement of Anti-CMV Cytotoxic T Cells Against CD19-Expressing Malignancies [PDF]

open access: yes
[...] In contrast, current immunotherapies for CD19-expressing hematological malignancies, such as chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells and bispecific T cell engagers (BiTEs), bypass TCR/pHLA interactions, resulting in CTL hyperactivation and ...

CD19+ B cell subsets in the peripheral blood and skin lesions of psoriasis patients and their correlations with disease severity

open access: yesBrazilian Journal of Medical and Biological Research, 2016
T lymphocytes are important in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, and increasing evidence indicates that B cells also play an important role. The mechanisms of action, however, remain unclear.

SSR4 sustains Tertiary Lymphoid Structures by Regulation Quality Control of N‐linked Glycosylation During B‐cell Differentiation Into Plasmacyte in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SSR4, a TRAP component induced in B cells, governs BAFFR N‐glycosylation via DDOST to sustain NF‐κB signaling, B‐cell differentiation, and TLS maturation. Its loss impairs anti‐tumor immunity, while overexpression improves antibody glycosylation and ADCC, revealing a critical regulator for cancer immunotherapy.

CD19 CAR T Cells

open access: yesCell, 2017
CARs are synthetic receptors that reprogram immune cells for therapeutic purposes. They comprise three canonical domains for antigen recognition, T cell activation, and costimulation. The CAR cDNA is genetically integrated in the T cell genome. Autologous CAR T cells are generated from the patient's peripheral blood T cells and expand in the recipient ...

eYFP expression in CD19-Cre/eYFP mice.

open access: yes, 2013
A. CD19-Cre/eYFP mice were analyzed for eYFP expression in the B cell compartment of spleen, lymph nodes, Peyer's patches, peritoneal cavity and bone marrow. The shown histograms are gated on live lymphocytes and CD19.

PGK1 Suppresses CD8+ T Cell‐Mediated Antitumor Immunity Through CCL2/CCR2/Tumor‐Associated Macrophages Axis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PGK1 in tumor cells upregulates CCL2 expression through activation of the AKT/GSK‐3β/β‐catenin signaling axis, thereby promoting the recruitment and M2 polarization of TAMs and ultimately impairing the infiltration and activation of CD8+ T cells within the HCC tumor microenvironment. ABSTRACT Patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) have a

KRT14 Drives Basal Muscle‐Invasive Bladder Cancer Progression and Lung Metastasis by Directly Binding to and Stabilizing IGF2BP1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We identified a Krt14+ Igf2bp1+ bladder cancer population linked to EMT. Mechanistically, KRT14 stabilizes and transports IGF2BP1 to invasive protrusions, initiating a positive feedback loop that drives metastasis and poor outcomes. ABSTRACT Basal‐type muscle‐invasive bladder cancer (BMIBC) is characterized by aggressive metastasis and poor prognosis ...

CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B Cell Dysfunction in Primary Biliary Cholangitis

open access: yesMediators of Inflammation, 2020
CD19+CD24hiCD38hi B cells are immature transitional B cells that, in normal individuals, exert suppressive effects by IL-10 production but are quantitatively altered and/or functionally impaired in individuals with various autoimmune diseases.

Accurately Deciphering Tissue Heterogeneity From Spatial Multi‐Modal and Multi‐Omics With STransformer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
STransformer is a unified deep learning framework designed to seamlessly accommodate a comprehensive landscape of spatial data. By simultaneously capturing short‐range cellular interactions and tissue‐wide semantic patterns, it extracts robust representations to accurately dissect complex tissue heterogeneity.
