Targeting KMT5C Suppresses Lung Cancer Progression and Enhances the Efficacy of Immunotherapy
This study reveals that KMT5C activates DNA damage repair to inhibit STING‐IRF3 pathway, downstream type I IFN signaling and CCL5 secretion, leading to the downregulation of CD8+ T cell infiltration and function in NSCLC, ultimately facilitating tumor progression.

Immunocto: a massive immune cell database auto-generated for histopathology [PDF]
With the advent of novel cancer treatment options such as immunotherapy, studying the tumour immune micro-environment (TIME) is crucial to inform on prognosis and understand potential response to therapeutic agents. A key approach to characterising the TIME may be through combining (1) digitised microscopic high-resolution optical images of hematoxylin

A GRP78 nanobody‐directed immunotoxin suppresses cancer progression and metastasis by enhancing antitumor immunity via STING pathway activation, offering a pan‐cancer‐targeted approach and immunotherapy combination strategy. Abstract The lack of targetable antigens poses a significant challenge in developing effective cancer‐targeted therapies.

Multi Scale Graph Neural Network for Alzheimer's Disease [PDF]
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a complex, progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by extracellular A\b{eta} plaques, neurofibrillary tau tangles, glial activation, and neuronal degeneration, involving multiple cell types and pathways. Current models often overlook the cellular context of these pathways.

By decreasing cholesterol and lipid raft levels in the plasma membrane, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) boosts human epidermal growth factor receptor 1 and 3 (EGFR and HER3) activation, driving tumor growth and metastasis in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC).

Sturge‐Weber syndrome (SWS) is characterized by leptomeningeal vascular malformations, leading to seizures and stroke. Analysis of 119 446 brain cells from SWS patients uncovered distinct cell heterogeneity and identified an EDN3⁺ meningeal fibroblast cluster, with WNT5A emerging as a potential key driver of SWS progression and a promising therapeutic ...
