High‐throughput single‐cell DNA methylation and chromatin accessibility co‐profiling with SpliCOOL‐seq

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 2, February 2026.
SpliCOOL‐seq achieves high‐throughput single‐cell co‐profiling of DNA methylation and chromatin accessibility. DNMT inhibitors caused cancer cell demethylation with divergent patterns. SpliCOOL‐seq enables the discovery of genes related to LUAD tumorigenesis. Ageing and LUAD tumorigenesis may share similar epigenetic alterations.

Increased Risk of Transition to Institutional Care Among Community‐Dwelling Older Adults With Cognitive Frailty: A Competing Risks Survival Analysis

open access: yesInternational Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry, Volume 41, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Cognitive frailty (CF) is the coexistence of physical frailty and cognitive impairment. Transition to institutional care (TIC) refers to the move from home to a long‐term care institution and represents a major change in living arrangement and care needs among older adults.

CDR Run 1 Report

open access: yes
Designed MMIC’s and packages will be scrutinized from the level of MMIC schematics, layout and simulation performance. The evaluation of simulated performance includes consideration of involved models, small-signal S parameters simulations, Harmonic balance simulations, and EM simulations of passives. The report will include bare-die performance, and a

Molecular and Transcriptional Signatures of Gray Matter Volume Alterations Associated With Depressive Symptoms in Mild Cognitive Impairment

open access: yesHuman Brain Mapping, Volume 47, Issue 2, February 1, 2026.
Morphological alterations related to depressive symptoms in mild cognitive impairment were primarily involved in emotion and affective processing, showing strong correspondence with serotonergic, dopaminergic, and GABAergic systems and enrichment of genes associated with synaptic function and excitatory neurons.

Response of Tropical Cyclone‐Related Precipitation During Boreal Summer Season Over East Asia to Pseudo‐Global‐Warming Climates

open access: yesInternational Journal of Climatology, Volume 46, Issue 2, February 2026.
Difference of monthly mean TC‐related precipitation (mm) during JAS over the EA between the SSP245 run and the CTL run in (a) TC core precipitation (TCP) + TC remote precipitation (TRP), (b) TCP and (c) TRP. ABSTRACT Climate change has fundamentally altered tropical cyclone (TC) characteristics globally, with TC‐related precipitation emerging as a ...
