SynNotch Receptors for Visualizing Immunoreceptor Force Transmission and Downstream Signaling In Vivo

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A mechanically activated SynNotch reporter platform enables detection of force transmission through receptors as they mediate immune cell interactions. Targeting CD40 on B cells and TCR on T cells records force‐induced reporter activation across 2D coculture, 3D organoid, and implanted in mice, which also reveal force‐amplification of immune receptor ...

A Cascaded DNA Nanocircuit for Multi‐Signal‐Responsive Precision siRNA Delivery in Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A cascaded dual‐AND logic DNA nanocircuit is engineered to respond to three tumor‐specific signals in a sequential manner: extracellular acidic pH, membrane‐overexpressed nucleolin (NCL), and intracellular glutathione (GSH). This programmable system selectively releases siPARP1 in glioblastoma (GBM), effectively silencing PARP1 and reversing TMZ ...

Cell-Penetrating Peptides

open access: yes, 2021
In this introductory chapter, we first define cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs), give short overview of CPP history and discuss several aspects of CPP classification. Next section is devoted to the mechanism of CPP penetration into the cells, where direct and endocytic internalization of CPP is explained.
