Structure‐guided internal twin‐Strep tagging of the tetraspanins CD63 or CD9 enables rapid and efficient antibody‐free affinity isolation of engineered extracellular vesicles (EVs) using Strep technology while allowing luminal protein loading. The approach removes over 96% of contaminants, separates tagged EVs from coexisting viral particles, and ...

Cell‐Migration Visualization: Task Taxonomy, Systematic Review and Research Agenda
We present an expert‐validated task taxonomy for cell migration analysis and a PRISMA‐based systematic review that maps visualization tools to the tasks they support and the techniques they employ. This synthesis identifies current gaps and outlines opportunities for future research in cell migration visualization.

Benefits of utilizing CellProfiler as a characterization tool for U–10Mo nuclear fuel
Automated image processing techniques have the potential to aid in the performance evaluation of nuclear fuels by eliminating judgment calls that may vary from person-to-person or sample-to-sample. Analysis of in-core fuel performance is required for design and safety evaluations related to almost every aspect of the nuclear fuel cycle.

RNF13 regulates the endolysosomal pathway through interaction with the small GTPase Arl8B
The E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF13 functions as a regulatory scaffold, organizing Arl8B‐dependent complexes and tuning downstream signaling that controls endolysosomal organization and trafficking. In this model, wild‐type RNF13 associates with Arl8B on endolysosomes, whereas Arl8B (E22D/F55A) or RNF13 (L244A) variants weaken complex assembly, potentially ...
