Memory and Resting‐State Connectivity in Acute Transient Global Amnesia: A Case–Control fMRI Study
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Transient global amnesia (TGA) is a striking model of isolated amnesia. While hippocampal lesions are well described, the network‐level mechanisms and the precise neuropsychological profile remain debated. Our objective was thus to characterize functional and neuropsychological correlates of acute TGA and their ...

Decoding central nervous system diseases
The central nervous system (CNS) is highly complex due to its wide variety of cell types. Based on a handful of molecular markers, cell shape, and function, traditional classifications often miss the subtle molecular differences within cell types. RNA, which translates genetic information from DNA into functional building blocks in the cell, plays a ...

Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation
ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Comparative Effectiveness and Safety of Inebilizumab Versus Rituximab in AQP4‐IgG‐Positive NMOSD
ABSTRACT Objective Rituximab (anti‐CD20, RTX) and inebilizumab (anti‐CD19, INE) represent B‐cell‐depleting therapies used for aquaporin‐4 antibody‐positive (AQP4‐IgG+) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD); however, direct comparative evidence remains limited.
