Human‐relevant methods are essential for modern chemical safety assessment. This study helps define the capabilities and boundaries of an in vitro testing battery for developmental neurotoxicity by exploring its biological applicability domain. By linking neurodevelopmental disease‐related pathways to key neurodevelopmental processes, the work enhances

Management of intracranial cavernous malformation in pediatric patients.
OBJECTIVE: Cavernous malformations (CMs) are vascular malformations affecting any part of the central nervous system. CMs in the pediatric age group are known to be different from those of adults both in origin and clinical characteristics. In this paper,

Endogenous Engineering Reprograms Extracellular Vesicles for Enhanced Therapeutic Function
This review explains how Extracellular vesicles‐producing cells can be endogenously engineered to load therapeutic proteins and nucleic acids. We summarize physiological and genetic strategies that harness native sorting pathways for selective cargo loading.

TUMOURS OF THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM IN CHINESE IN HONG KONG: A HISTOLOGICAL REVIEW
One hundred and sixty‐eight cases of tumours of the central nervous system (CNS) from Chinese patients in Hong Kong were reviewed histologically as well as by the immunoperoxidase techniques in equivocal cases. Detailed comparisons were made between this

Smart Nanotechnologies for Multimodal Neuromodulation and Brain Interfacing
Recent advances in smart nanotechnologies are expanding the toolbox for brain interfacing, from wireless neuromodulation and high‐resolution sensing to targeted delivery within the central nervous system. By combining responsive nanomaterials with bioinspired design, these platforms enable multimodal interactions with neurons and glia, while also ...

We establish a tBid‐mediated cell ablation system in axolotls, achieve rapid and efficient ablation of multiple cell types, including muscle stem cell, spinal cord cell, and connective tissue (CT) cells. We investigate the role of CT using tBid‐mediated CT ablation and identify its essential role for limb development and regeneration.

Surgical Resection of Intramedullary Spinal Cord Cavernous Malformations
Cavernous malformations are being increasingly well recognized throughout the central nervous system, where they compose approximately 1% of all vascular lesions and 15% of all vascular malformations. These malformations are uncommon in the spinal column
