Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 2018 Background: Adipose-derived stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells, and soluble factors jointly contribute to the regenerative effect of fat grafts. Nanofat grafting emulsifies the lipoaspirate and increases the progenitor cell yield.
